My name is Fred Sipes. SIPES WELLNESS CENTER (SWC) is an alternative medicine business established and operated by myself. I am a licensed registered nurse with additional training and/or certification in: nursing, nutrition, naturopathy, herbal supplements, homeopathy, reflexology, acupressure, and the mind-body fields of guided imagery, visualization, and hypnosis.
Sipes Wellness Center is not a medical facility and does not offer services for acute conditions. Hospital emergency rooms are the proper place for such conditions to be treated. On the other hand, after the acute stage of an illness has passed, I feel my services are able to help you avoid a reoccurrence of that condition.
SWC's PHILOSOPHY ON HEALTH
Most illness can be reversed or prevented through natural means.
People must be in charge of their own health care decisions.
It is easier to maintain rather than regain good health.
A patient tends to recover more completely when traditional and alternative health-care practitioners cooperate as part of his/her health care team.
A simplified example might be when an individual eases the symptoms of a cold by following his/her medical doctor's recommendation for Tylenol and drinking Echinacea herbal tea as recommended by an alternative practitioner to boost the immune system.
